Invitation-only Breakfast Roundtable: As a global hub for real estate, banking investment, insurance-reinsurance, financing, asset operations-management, alternative funding, public-private partnerships expertise and of course critical industry and public infrastructure - convening the 2nd in a series of national roundtables during the New York City Unbound Summit 2025 for advancing novel mitigation goals and objectives is a vital step towards addressing the Nation’s pivot in disaster risk exposure.

• Introduce ROAR and FPA Leadership, Strategic Partners to roundtable participants

• Share previous findings and recommendations from the 1st Roundtable among senior executives to generate additional insights for adaptation and adoption of the future proofing standards of practice, blueprint-templates, resilient technology-equipment declarations, and capital-investment stack. 

• Introduce ROAR’s Community Resilience Bonds, Resilience Utility and Smart Watershed Districts (tax-exempt special purpose vehicles), Endeavor Fund, and the Resilience Community Trust - all tactical solutions for investing in a higher value of real estate, asset, and community resilience. 

• Establish mutually beneficial priorities with investors and other Summit participants to launch 3-5 pilot-demonstration projects in 2025-2026

• Schedule one-on-one post roundtable investment and strategic partnership formation
